  • All our red pizzas are topped with San Marzano PDO peeled tomato sauce. All our pizzas are topped with Fior di Latte d’Agerola PDO. For the dough of our pizzas, including the vegan ones, we use Caputo ‘Sacco Rosso’ type “00” wheat flour, which may contain traces of soya.
